Delivery Policy

We offer free island-wide delivery for all our orders (lead time is 2 working days) except to the following locations:
  1. Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area
  2. Tuas
  3. Penjuru
  4. Jurong Island
  5. Sentosa
  6. Sembawang Shipyard
  7. All army camps
  8. All police camps
  9. All PSA Ports
  10. All hospitals (due to Covid-19)
Deliveries are made anytime between 9am - 6pm.
Should you require a specific delivery time slot, an additional fee of SGD 20 will be charged. The following are our express delivery time slots:
  • 11am - 1pm
  • 2pm - 4pm
  • 4pm - 6pm
Should you wish to change the delivery date, please contact us via email (hello@spadesandshovels.com) or WhatsApp/ Telegram (+65 8893 4542) with your order number at least 1 day before the initial delivery date.
Should the recipient/ representative not be present at the delivery address during the delivery time slot, the courier will contact the recipient/ sender. If they are uncontactable within the grace period of 5 minutes, the arrangement will be left outside the unit/ reception. We will not be liable for any lost or damaged goods from that point onwards.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to recipient/ representative being uncontactable, invalid contact details or wrong delivery address provided, customers can opt for a re-delivery at a fee of SGD 20.
